The anchor isn’t what determines how much it will hold, the drywall is. The plastic, self-screwing threaded drywall anchors can handle almost anything you would ever need and are super easy to install/remove.

There also navigation apps (Waze for example) that lists police locations and traffic stops in real-time.

Nice thought exercise, but why would the truck be “going down the mountain anyway” empty? If it’s empty on the way up, and you put a tank full of water on it at the top, what’s the purpose of the truck other than a very inefficient power generator?
