I’ve never been much of a runner, lack of motivation is a big contributor. Over the past few weeks, I have been purchasing running gear (shoes, a Fitbit, water bottle, armband for my phone, etc).

What are things I should look out for? And how do I ensure that I “train” my lungs?

For some reason, my ISP has blocked any and all ports related to Steam, leaving me in quite the lurch. Is there any other way I can purchase the game and install it without Steam?
