I really think Anarchy Reigns could get the life it deserves on Steam. Maybe for like $20. So sad that game didn't get very popular on PS3 or 360.

As someone said, it's full of cliché, but at the same time it's very solid 3rd person action game. I've finished it 3 times now. And thinking about 4th run.
