Well this is awkward and completely inappropriate. I can't believe they still do this juvenile entertainment at sporting events.

It's so rare to see an athlete publicly respond to these sorts of allegations. Thank goodness it was the woman in this case who took the fifth.

Her next album is either going to be phenomenal, building on all her experiences and musical voice etc, or it's going to be batshit insane like Yeezus and completely inaccessible because this is like, her vision, man.

Those who reject the concept of age are neither young nor old. 400 Lux is solid, but Ribs is by far the best song on the album. Though she has a super corny story behind it. Still.

That is a valid take. Least is pushing it, but I'll allow it. 2-0 Lorde.

I know Samer's on my side here, but which of you are Team Lorde vs. which of you brush your teeth with soup can lids?

Are you next week's mystery Funbag writer, or did Drew not mention it and oh what mystery Funbag I think it was just some stupid rumor anyway.

Come on, Doug. This is America. It's favovrite.

Student: Why do we have to sing this song? We saw the Mets yesterday!

And he only came in 5th in Domestic Expectoraneous?

I'm not a lawyer (yet), but I would guess that it really depends on what the investigation found and how it collected that information. As I talked about a bit before, there are things in a Title IX investigation that would never be allowed in a court of law, and protections in a court that don't extend to a Title IX

The day that Brad Davis starts a World Cup game is the day he lines up opposite me.

Thanks so much for adding this, it's all really helpful.

It's very unclear. As long as FSU follows the minimum procedures of launching an investigation as set out in the letter of Title IX law, they're technically compliant. There was a case at Yale a few years ago where students felt the school wasn't living up to those standards, and sued. But it's difficult to prove
