I have physical preferences for age, gender, coloring, and body type. I do not consider myself ageist, sexist, racist, or fat phobic.
You are probably uncomfortable with it because it is true. If you 'prefer' one race over the other, that is literally racism. People might not like calling it racism, but it is. I'm not saying you should force yourself to date someone you're not attracted to, but it is still valuing members of one race over another.
