I really like the game. I'm glad it's being called out for not having any kind of a narrative when the design and art direction is begging for it. Or at least an interesting one. The one they concocted is so by the numbers it's pathetic for a game that excels in so many other places.

Next question to be answered. "Is it really worth $60?"

Probably for some fancy night club, or better yet, Disney World's Tomorrowland.

I dunno, I completely swore off of MP gaming with voice chat about ten years ago because of the rampant idiots running around screaming the most offensive things imaginable. I don't imagine it's gotten any better in that time.

Pretty sure you mean Dead Nation

I think I'd like to play this game if it were also single player. I don't care for multiplayer games. :-/

Why don't you just play the fracking game? It's game of the year for me (and the vast majority), but you seem to already have made your mind up.

The bias against ND is what's holding you back not just the stuff you've seen or opinions similar to yours.

Man, I don't know what to say to ya. Of course you can have a negative opinion of something, but you were being negative at something. And being contrary isn't a bad thing, but you're a contrarian; you think Uncharted 2 is the worst game of the past generation for reasons that could just as easily be applied to other

Unfortunately for you, console games don't drop in value as quick as a pc download. And maybe it hasn't been critiqued but calling it out for having 'flawed design' and 'retarded AI' sure sounds like you're judging it.

"Sony, for years, has consistently had the lowest overall review scores of first-party publishers."

Ok, so in consecutive answers you said that you don't want to play TLoU because of "retarded AI". A game that was made entirely with the story in mind first and it's the only thing anybody ever talks about with the game. Then in your next response you say that story should always come first and then wrap gameplay

Doc, when did you become a troll? =(

No you just think it's cool to go around and spout your opinion as fact.

Doc Suess is a troll. .....

Yeah they only won game of the year for no good reason.

Well, you know, like I said elsewhere, and other people have, for that matter, you came in with a negative and contrarian opinion, and you're still missing that point. You keep saying what terrible writing conditions she had but I've never heard about it and you never linked to any other source but yourself. She was

Pretty sure the original Bioshock was written that way. I remember a 1up video interview with Ken Levine where he said that he was a "lazybones" and that his production team was kind of upset with how long he was taking to write the damn thing. This was about 6 months before the game came out.

Oh definitely I know its more about the games, I wonder how much of a learning curve there is though. I don't even REMOTELY have any real knowledge in the category but the pc guys are saying that these systems are straight forward and will hit there limits fairly early. I just hope not THIS early, I read up on
