I agree with the point but can’t bring myself to star anything with that dude in it.
Everything Ferrari has to done since the late 2000's has given me hope that someday the New England Patriots will go through a similar painful decent into mediocrity that we can all revel in.
Are the rich immune to such punishments?
Nothing distracts you like an infant in the back seat. But it will never be culturally acceptable to ban those....
Three strikes rules are just tools to oppress underprivileged communities but you do you man
They are clearly a money making scheme in Australia. If it wasn’t, then all the proceeds from fines would be donated to charities or earmarked for other initiatives to improve peoples’ lives.
Yep, I had CarPlay in my 2016 Silverado (sent that pile down the road). It worked alright in some regards but for a lot of things like Nav. Etc. it was just easier to grab a phone. Phones are bad MmmK, but if we put almost exactly the same functions in a fixed screen on your dash but make it more annoying to use then…
Giant tv screens that aren’t intuitive to use are very distracting, even for simple functions.
Neutral: If they are like every other automated system on US public roads and are operated by a non-governmental 3rd party, then no. It may work elsewhere, but here in the US they’ll turn into a money making scheme like speed traps and red light cameras.
Neutral: They can’t even get license plate readers right for red light cameras and they want to use AI to *deduce* cell phone use. Fuck that.
It’s hard to argue on behalf of the US on either corruption or human rights at the moment.
I like your idea, but allow me to add a few refinements:
Pull out of countries with poor corruption and human rights track records.
Wow that’s quite a jump from “I fly a lot” to “how can the middle class in this country survive?”
Did you ever see Dallas from a DC9 at night?
Spoken like someone who has never not known where their next meal might come from, or how in the world they were going to scrape together the month’s rent in time after a sudden fiancial crisis, just so they didn’t end up homeless.
I agree, except I love being stranded in Dallas.
If you’re a regular flier, this isn’t advice for you.
