That PA can be replaced in an instant if she doesn't want to work anymore, if one of the stars quits the show is basically over. That's the only reason they ask for this amount of money. They are basically just telling the producers to pay them and make money off the show, or don't pay them and make nothing, simple.

Jep! Mascara and foundation have huge differences in quality, especially if you have difficult skin. But even nail polish has better spread and is less transparent when buying higher quality products, it needs less basecoating to apply and dries fine without needing a top coat.

Fair enough, they have removed some indeed. My problem is just that the actual impact of this commercial seems minimal compared to some of the sexist stuff that doesn't get banned (looking at you coca cola and axe/lynx).
