Will they ever use real color photos on Mars? or still dealing with those black and white false color ones? (or maybe they do already?)

I used the DVE HD basics blu ray disc for my LED LG TV (costs $25 at best buy and they denied they carried such a product in an effort to make you pay $300). Color tuning is done through a few filters and does a fair job. Definitely noticeable. The best part of it was having a good scale for contrast, brightness and

@gunluva plays the hopscotch on the pro circuit: Laser pointer is only for range (Kinect has IR sensors). There is no reason the PS3 eye cant do exactly what the kinect is doing. It is already mapping an object in 3D. Its the end output of what you do with that information is what is changing here.

@ayshplaysh: It was the first to do that, with one camera as well (though it needs a laser pointer) [kotaku.com]

@Ronnoc: At high enough velocities water acts like concrete. It wont move out of the way fast enough.

FFFFFUUUUUUUUUUUU

Unless its completely free and no subscriptions, and they actually add things to do besides kill NPC A B C, repeat, it might be worth playing.

How do they stop the pipes from getting condensation on them and frying your system after they drip?

@Jackstick: Most of the time. Not in the US anymore. US used Gold and Silver certificates. Back in the day you could have gone to the bank and gotten that value in gold or silver, depending on the certificate. I have a few $20 silver certificates from the 20s. Pretty neat.

@halfbaked: You only have to have a processor, x86 or x64 that is capable of SSE 1.0 ( like 10 years old). Though processor requirements can be off. It says 1.2ghz and 512 ram. Ive tried running it on a 2.8 ghz with 1 gb ram and it didnt run well.

@Saint In: Very realistic. Its considered the one to base driving sims off of; and yes, over 1000 cars. All hail blu ray :)

Ahh valve. Always brings a smile to my face after you rip it off :)

@(Zombie) WDYC: well in real life of course. But in a game environment it would totally be simpler to remove the rebound physics. save some CPU threads.

@(Zombie) WDYC: Interesting. I always thought they simply hit whatever and stopped. Would make more sense from a physics programming and game play perspective. *wonders if he can take advantage of this in game*

I dont get it. What made the bullet bounce back?

@jackslackofselfrespect: After a few layers graphine becomes Graphite. Graphine can only be 2 dimentional, so the structural applications would most likely be fairly limited unfortunately.

Vudu streams in 1080p and 5.1 surround. Very nice service honestly. I have it natively on my LG TV and I use it quite often. Very nice selection of movies, expensive yes, but very nice.

I love living in an area where the McRib is in Winter, every winter, all winter :D. Yay Green Bay!
