Assuming the scenes are in-game, which i think is true, it seems like they're showing off a weather system. You can see the landscapes become frozen, with growing ice along the rocks near the shore, only to watch it all thaw as the scene progresses. A first for the series, i believe.

I feel like i've seen that nose somewhere...

You're likely thinking of the original version from the same creators called "Draw My Thing" which can be found on omgpop.com. I've played it very casually for years and i still find it more engaging than the mobile version.

It'd be amazing if there was a marketplace for pc mod developers to distribute their mods to console players for a nominal fee, with bethesda taking a small cut of course. I'd pay for some.

I like this version more.
