"Ann Rayn" had me giggling for quite a while.

Masayuki Doi is doing character designs this time. He's been with the SMT series since Persona 2, and has done character design for games like Trauma Center: New Blood. IMO, a rather talented artist whose work has gone largely unknown and under-appreciated (though that's definitely going to change with SMT IV).
