Well, you see, an opinion is a person's perspective on something else, based on their beliefs, tastes, etc. They differ from facts in that they are subjective beliefs and cannot be proven one way or the other. If you ask for someone's opinion, you're basically asking them "What do you think about this?"

Not sure about which ones are the best. If you have a DS, Strange Journey is excellent, as are the two Devil Survivor games. (Get Devil Survivor Overclocked if you have a 3DS.)
