Apple is going to sue!!!!
Who is that, looks like a heavier Jesus Christ doing air cunnilingus.
Misogynist!?! Who!?! Me!!?!!
But it's a yep! It looks a little bit Mod, a little bit Punk, a little bit Victorian, but subtle and hard to place. It's not flashy. And it doesn't need to be with a face like Capaldi's. Totally yep.
Don't be a whine bag
It took balls to take that shot and even more balls to be open about their current challenges.
Came expecting to see church steeples sticking out of the water; saw mud; left underwhelmed.
All I'm seeing is mud and patterns in said mud. Am I missing something?
I'm terribly disappointed in all the smart assness about this, especially here. If any part of the human race ventures to the stars we should cheer. So their rover stopped working (possibly temporary). Is it better that we lost several extremely honorable and good service men in our own space missions? Have we not…
Well, it's happened to other tech companies...Sony comes to mind (it happened, sorta). The RIAA (which Sony has partial control) sued Launch.com (which was also owned/backed by Sony). Having a hard time finding good details on this one, but recall the facepalms when it happened...
It certainly is a cool design and idea, but the idea kind of sounds like a liability nightmare. One person falls and breaks their arm or leg, or even bruises a shin bone and I have little doubt that someone will have a lawyer all over whoever owns the building.
So...Roswell, huh?
I forgot you are the only human being on this planet that has the right to determine and label what is art or not.
Sounds like a "patent troll". "Preparing numerous patent applications related to the core technology as well as associated designs and uses" means they're going to file a whole bunch of broad vague patents that they can later use to sue anybody who tries to develop anything distantly related to energy production.
But, it's still okay to drink Fizzy Bubblech, right?
You think that's bad? Wait until you see the crazy shit they actually let people take on board!
Apple must be the king of the bullshit "passion" ads those days.
