I respectfully but aggressively disagree. Friend groups have a wide range of skills, it’s EXCEEDINGLY rare for any given friend group to have anything resembling a majority of high-elo players, unless they’re specifically friends as a result of that in which case they generally have a team or something. I’m not so

Barring Overwatch, Titanfall feels relatively close to an FPS MOBA. It’s a damn shame it’s pretty much dead these days compared to others.

It’s actually looking a LOT like it will be, from a lot of the code. In fact, if it takes off I’d be surprised if Blizzard doesn’t move Hearthstone over too.

I don’t throw controllers. But this would have resulted in mine going out the fucking window.

Not sure if confusion, or subtle agreement.

BUT ETHICS?!

Far be it from me to sound like I’m a harbinger of the endtimes, but seriously - when the fuck does 343 drop the pretense and give us just a multiplayer Halo? Halo 4’s campaign was passable but not great, and this one is just... bad. I like that they’re trying new story directions, but none of the directions feel like

This may sound arrogant, but there’s at least one in most fighters, and by and large spammy characters don’t usually end up being top-tier ones. FOO strategies are usually pretty rare in the genre, at least against players that know how to deal with them.

Sure, but he was calling the player’s spamming cheap, not Mewtwo. :P

I mean, dude is a tool for writing the essay, but is this seriously not something that was discussed before moving in together, let alone marriage? I don’t think that strict rules on who does what are realistic, but if you have to trick your spouse into splitting the housework I’m left with several questions.

Okay, but quite frankly - does YouTube Red actually treat smaller channels any better? Because from what we’ve seen so far of their model, I don’t honestly think it will.

I’d like that, but I’m afraid it would either be non-binding or not clear enough from the wording.

To clarify, I’m not trying to shit on your post or anything, I think we’re coming from roughly the same position. But when our options are “Warn fellow gamers about broken games” or “Pressure publishers to stop releasing broken games” I think we have a moral obligation toward the latter.

No, they shouldn’t. Publishers need to learn to stop fucking rushing their devs. :P It’s happened with several games now, most notably the Arkham series, where QA testers have come forward for several entries about how their concerns were totally swept aside. The triple AAA business needs to stop being about “Just

Yeah, I’ve heard pretty much nothing but praise. It’s too bad it came out when it did, in an era where practically nobody had internet compared to today (and also that they refuse to localize PSO2 despite there being both a translation and interest).

The Dreamcast was that generation’s Vita. Fantastic in theory, but ultimately never got the install-base it needed to remain competitive. PSO sounds like it was AMAZING, and I remember games like Power Stone, and even the Sonic Adventure games that are honestly some of the better entries, but it just lost steam too

They don’t even state it was an accident, just that it’s incorrect. I see what they did there.

I’m not trying to start a fight, but what’s with the dismissal of indie games? They’re typically where all the real innovation in the industry is coming from lately.

Dollars to donuts you still can’t navigate to a different app without the fucking video stopping.

No you’re right, if this was an MMO then people would be editing out the floor to skip trash packs like in AQ back in the day.
