My favorite posts on io9, but also the one I kind of hate the most. “I MUST READ THIS NOW. Aw, not until the 30th? ::sobs, adds to wish list to remind self::” I am not a patient person. ;)

Hahahaha re “Why does that baby have so much hair?”
Well, we’d need to actually land some humans on Ceres, then. I don’t buy the “sun” reflection” idea, as it seems to me those spots shine continually regardless of whether or not the sun is striking them. I assume Ceres is rotating. If it has a “night side” then the spots shouldn’t be shining then. I don’t know if any…
uh, its ice.
Sounds fun! :)
You could have said Spoiler alert :’(
That seems most likely.
There’s a book by Alastair Reynolds called Pushing Ice where humanity discovers that one of Saturn’s moons was an alien structure and when they go to explore it, it takes off into deep space with the humans on it still. It’s an excellent book and I hope this is what’s happening here.
I so want this as a TV show.
Ms Marvel would be a good small flick! A teen action comedy slice of life.
A human-shaped mushroom species has been discovered on the side of a road in Norfolk, England.
I always wished for light emission powers. But more so as a cool party trick that would burn excess calories.
Human bodies emit photons. What's more, they do so in a pattern that repeats itself every day. Find out why you're…
It's worth watching. And I think paying the Wachowskis to strive for greatness and miss is still better than paying for Fast and the Furious to strive for doing the same thing an 8th or 9th time. And it's a huge difference over the weak retreads like Robocop and Total Recall.
To be honest, I wouldn't mind one last jaunt through the ole orifice.
It sounds a lot like how people manage to make a living off of making Youtube videos. The number one most important thing is making a constant stream of content. Quality comes second, and can totally be sacrificed if you need to get more videos for a given period. Heaven help you if you miss a day.
I know some people contract out to various services to get their editing done. I'm lucky enough to have a friend who actually likes to edit... for fun. Yes, I don't get it either! I think in general having another person read/edit will catch a lot more mistakes and tune your stories much better than trying to do it…
Thanks for all the info and tips. One question that I didn't see is do you do your own editing or have others help with that? I have five stories on Literotica but I never considered other self publishing until now and am off to Amazon and Smashwords do some investigation. I hope you have continued good luck with…
Yep. And it is dino/human. No, I don't know how it works. I think the authors make some allowances :) Bestiality is strictly forbidden on Amazon... but using extinct or mythical/cryptid (werewolf, gremlin, bigfoot) critters skirts around that rule. Not really my bag!
