My topping is truffle oil and smoked sea salt flakes. I got them as gifts last year, and I honestly can’t taste the smoke in the salt... But describing this combination makes it sound amazing.

i’ve watched a few documentaries on it. and decided to brandy some cherries. but i have to get more confident in making syrups. i made some extremely boozy cherries. I gave them away at christmas as gifts.
