Normally im right there with you. In this case though, it's a source game on a brand new $500 console and it's pulling off medium setting graphics. It's a Source game!

How is it silly? The graphics are probably going to be the only difference between the two versions, it's exactly what you should be comparing.
I'm waiting for a 360/XB1 comparison. I'm not upgrading for another year (and most likely switching to PS4) but if the 360 version graphics are shit I might have to pass on Titanfall entirely.
Video games about war are always about the people with guns or tanks or planes. They're about the people who put on…
At the time that it was released, the graphics on the Witcher were fine, and the Witcher 2 looks fantastic even today, with gameplay that is vastly improved upon the first one.
What does it take to get more articles like this by the way?
This is amazing! Thanks for sharing.
Here it is. He sent this, and another one, which was signed by everyone on the 22Cans team.
Excellent piece. Peter's a strange guy, but he's definitely fascinating. He wrote me a letter of recommendation for a job offering after I sent him a letter in the mail!
He's a dreamer. He has great ideas, some of them ahead of their time. I hope he keeps making games, even if some of them don't deliver 100% of his vision, they are still great games.
Wow, I think that was the best article I read this year on Kotaku, thanks!
Cool article, thanks for the read. I was sorely hoping that Peter would mention something more substantial about Godus in the interview, but oh well. There hasn't been an update in... quite some time. I'm really not interested in his personal problems or the fact that he likes to exaggerate, some of the games he's…
Yeah, that was the most Mark Cerny part of the whole interview. How awesome is that? To be a freelancer who goes and makes someone a console!
I want so much to love this game, but alas.. it has fallen into Phantom Menace waters. I've easily logged over 50 days of in-game time, had a top level 55 Sage. Left about 8 months after launch with full Battlemaster. Came back before Hutt Cartel to find all my gear was worthless.. but revved up for Maked and got to…
So true. Could not do the whole 'kill 15 rats' yet again. I see exactly where that's going, and i don't want to do it.
If only that road wasn't built with WoW's floor-plan.
It's not Kotor 3. It is still not what I want.
Fair enough. And I think games like Journey, Flower, etc are great. Excellent for the medium. I just don't think of them as AAA games. I hope we get to the point were we can have non-violent games that are also larger budget and mainstream. I just don't think we're there yet. Hopefully in another 20 years gaming in…
They sure as fuck did.... I already see a few here and there...
Funny, didn't Microsoft promise an ad free Xbox One dashboard?
