If the frame rate dips I would almost rather be given the option to just set it at 30FPS if it would never go below that. Thrift stores in my area no longer deal with CRT :( I have to settle for Craigslist now. Thankfully Best Buy has started charging to drop off old TVs so people try to get rid of them first. I think we lost a lot of good CRTs to Best Buy back when they took them for free.
