Only Mad Catz product I ever owned was a dreamcast controller. It was well built and fixed the weird angle the stock controller wanted you to hold your hands (The stock controller seemed to want your hands too close together or something and was uncomfortable for my wrists).

Over the years the upgrade to an SSD over a mechanical drive had the most noticeable improvement of any upgrade I have done and it seems to not slow down over time the way the old mechanical drive did. I couldn’t believe how big of a difference it made back when I first upgraded.

Can he write it off for taxes or use it as business expense? In that case I could see going prebuilt. Warranty work would be a lot easier in that case as you could have whatever company you buy it from diagnose and fix the issues.

Streaming is going to probably require at least 2Mbps upload speed at the very minimum. That is hard to come by outside the city with a usable ping and reasonable or no data cap.
