For sure. Sony has had a year to develop whatever comes next. I would imagine they’d drop the price of the PS4 Pro first though. Only people who really research the tw consoles know the difference between the “4K” Sony is using and the 4K Microsoft is using.

The more Microsoft makes the Xbox like a computer the more often I could see them refreshing it. It wouldn’t surprise me to see it release almost every year with minor upgrades to the hardware the way the surface pro laptops or phones update almost every year.

I wish 4k wasn’t a thing in consoles. I would pay this kind of money to have a console that could play 1080p and locked at 60fps. Consoles can’t even run most games all the way through at 30fps at 1080p right now. It looks like the Xbox One X might be able to do that but its up to the discretion of the developers…

Yeah, they’ve been slipping up a lot for me lately. Only reason I stick with them for games is because you get a good discount on them. I just accept that I won’t get it on release day many times.

Buy the most beautiful expensive phone. Cover the most beautiful phone with a cheap (relative to the cost of the phone I guess as these aren’t cheap cases). We need to stop supporting phones that are designed with fragile materials. Phones should be built out of rubber and plastic.

Is 1080p mode good in this game with the ps4 pro? The framrate is locked I hope at 60 or even a stable 30 right? I worry devs will just unlock the framerate at 1080p which ends up stuttering like what Square did with FFXV.

$50 extra per month and you never have to worry about it which isn’t really that bad considering how much data you’re using. I assume that will affect the rest of the network negatively the more people that start doing it.

Yeah, I wouldn’t be interested in a game like that. I did see that the “Games as a service” thing was mentioned. In other words, I’ll never play a game released by that company. I want to pay a single time and get the full game.

A dpad could still function the same as 4 buttons. Everyone is even saying the current buttons pretty much feel the same so really is mostly just cosmetic.

I assume Nintendo doesn’t want any company to release one right? Otherwise why hasn’t a third party just released a new joycon?

Nice. I’ll resub for a month to check this out. My hope is that at some point they release a progression type server that releases the game and then every 4-6 months or so releases the next expansion in the game.
