Send some hyper-conservative Christians, they love to reproduce and drive SUVs. Plus, they get to brainwash homeschool their kids with no regulation, and the surface of Mars is a lot like Utah anyway!

Luckily enough, humankind is supremely fond of producing CO2.

I gotta say, as mad as I am that Otto’s a Nazi now, I really like those new duds. Hopefully they can pin down a standard design for the eye pieces (I’ve seen 2 different ones already) but that octopus emblem is snazzy.

Holy crap those tits they drew on Jean! What???

I really wish they’d just hire a good writer. Reitman is correct in that the world of Ghostbusters is ripe with story opportunities—how many films in 2016 really pulled off that perfect mashup of science and magic? Stranger Things doesn’t count—but the script for ATC was just too bloated and mechanical. They made

What Tom is doing in this movie I believe will top anything that’s come before. It is absolutely unbelievable—he’s been training for a year. It is going to be, I believe, the most impressive and unbelievable thing that Tom Cruise has done in a movie, and he has been working on it since right after Rogue Nation came

Laws can be repealed. Rights take a lot more effort to erode and remove.

That’s... a really good idea. Why hasn’t anyone in Uber’s conference rooms come up with that?

Captain America has consistently been portrayed—in the 616 Universe, at least—as a left-leaning superhero who believes in America as an ideal, not specifically in the governmental force of America. He was an artist in poverty during the beginning of WWII. He was never meant to be a right-wing fantasy.

I really want to try this now.

D.Va is meant to be played with a death wish! That’s why she has that unhinged giggle.

Huh. I’ve actually seen a lot of success as Lúcio in 3v3. Granted, I do better as D.Va just cause I have a better sense of her timing so I play her much more aggressively. But Lúcio’s projectile’s projectiles have good spread and are slow enough that by the time they hit your target you’re already behind them but fast

And you really thought the OP believed a single American movie could silence the culture of two continents?

Are they changing the Major’s name for the movie?

Are you aware that there are Japanese, Indian, and Chinese-descended people living in the USA?

Sounds to me like they were both on the same page. I imagine Margaret Cho is doing what Margaret Cho does best: belligerently getting us to see from her point of view.

God, I hope that’s true.

As a millenial myself, I’m often very confused by the journalism around public dislike of GMOs. Why call it fear-mongering? Why call it anti-science?

I mean... Brie Larson is going to be playing her.

I wonder if they kept the name Prey as an allusion to the Michael Crichton novel instead of the 2006 videogame of the same name. The novel dealt partly with transhumanism, mostly through nanotechnology that presented itself as dark, swarming clouds much like those shown in the trailer.
