I’ve never bought anything from gog.com that didn’t work.

“Probables”

This happens to Sommers a lot over the years. There’s exactly one group of people that finds anything she says objectionable—Gender Feminists. Not real hard to put 2 and 2 together.

“Authoritarian” always references the actions of the state. If you believe in using the power of the state to “free” one’s group from a nebulous, non-state concept like “gender norms,” that doesn’t necessarily make you a bad person, but it absolutely makes you an authoritarian.

Sommers uses the terms “Gender Feminism” and “Equity Feminism” to distinguish between third wave and first wave feminists.

Only one side thus far has utilized multiple types of threats, including bomb threats.

Nah. A fight conceived by an 84 year old man between a 38 year old and a 36 year old has nothing to do with “saving” the sport’s future. This fight was about boxing’s past, not it’s future, or even its present. Lomachenko (first fighter on the undercard) might very well pitch a shutout against both guys at their ages

Jon Jones, too, but after last week, they’ll know him for all the wrong reasons.

Eh. I’d say Jon Jones’ behavior is a bigger problem for UFC than the boringness of the May-Pac fight is any sort of gain.

Eh. Deadspin’s not the first to call him a coward. Boxing historians as well as other boxers have been doing this for years for purely in-ring reasons.

When Florida and Arizona are running laps on you, well, just think about that.

Quicksilver looks kind of lame.

Eh. He’s been ‘okay’ at that since Trotz got there. And this is coming from a Penguins fan.

I wrote back saying I had already tried that route and offered to narrow it down to two cases which I knew were very hig- profile and had pictures.

Can’t rec Kotor on a phone. The interface didn’t play well for me.

lol. I’m getting old.

Me too. Just a bit too far. Scorpion setting someone on fire or Sub Zero ripping someone’s head off was sufficient. I don’t need these characters to “play with their food,” so to speak.

Eh. Man of Steel was an okay take on what is generally a crap character. Not sure why that flick takes so much more flack than the Amazing Spider-man, which is a far worse take on a slightly better character.
