Out of all the different mags, GameFan is my all-time favorite. This here is the first issue I bought at my local Blockbuster Video. My first glance at Akuma.

@Uncle Jesse: That has to be the best bonus of any magazine, a full game! I admit it's the only Dragon Warrior I ever played, but I did beat it. Had completely forgotten about that.

@InAnimateAlpha: PSM had the best covers around. I fully enjoyed every single issue, but then it kind of died. Great mag overall.

Issue 1 of Nintendo Power was the first one I read as well, but it belong to a friend. When he moved, I subscribed and this was my first issue, March/April 1990. I still have it, somewhere in my mom's house.

It's more of an opinion than right or wrong. FFXIII grew on me after a while, a long while, but ultimately I did enjoy it. Music is great too.
