How about stuffing the Hellcat engine in the Grand Cherokee instead :)

Exactly, my old man has 1998 Super Cab and its a pretty decent sized truck...not "small" at all. It even has a couple parts from new gen Rangers since they still fit after he had a fender bender on it (he worked where they where made) and a couple coworkers hooked him up

The problem is that you can fit a 6ft+ Adult into a regular cab F-150, where as a standard cab Ranger (well at least the ones that where sold here) where nearly impossible to fit into..at least for myself at 6'2.

Not as many airbags, no electronic do-dads, less refinement (sound deading etc), improved Safety on newer cars/trucks have all lead to more weight then your 25 year old pickup truck.

That's the point I was getting at...it all depends on your set of what you find practical.

Heck the main reason I got a Taurus SHO was that I didn't want to give up Mustang like performance, but I needed a more "practical" car to haul around future kids in when needed or fit full-sized adults in the back seat. I love

Practical? HAHAHAHA In all seriousness that's downright stupid....a new car could be considered unpractical because you can spend money on a "cheaper" used car instead. Where do you draw the line? Sounds like your teenage years caused some serious damage to you...hell I'm 6'2 and I don't ever recall having a problem

My wife and my sister are two females I know that have repeatedly told me they are not interested in mini-vans what so ever...its the stigma that they carry that makes them a turn off to both women and men.

There no doubting that they are practical for what they do, but how often is a car purchase "practical"?

I had a 2002 SVT Focus (#606 off the line) and not to put too fine of a point on it, it was the worst new car I've ever owned (so far). It drove nice and decent pickup, but overall it was a horrible car.

I had the clutch go on me at 50K miles (this was my third car that I had a stick on, so I knew what I was doing with

It might be really nice, but given the fact that most mid-sized car buyers represent the biggest market of people who think cars are appliances or even hate driving, the Camry and Accord are still going to be the best selling cars in this segment, unless they seriously screw up something...which might not even change

I think the 200 is going to suffer the same fate as the Dart (its platform mate), but for the opposite reason..the Dart is too big for a compact car and the 200 is going to be too small for the mid-sized market, even though its slightly larger then the Dart.

The US has been toying with systems like this for years now.

Why are they going to split their market up? The F-series covers about 95% of the US truck market wants..why is Ford going to spend $$$ on that over 5% at the expense of that profitable 95% they already cover? Just look at the small truck sales since 2000...they've dropped like a rock. The biggest selling point of

Not really, the ROW Ranger is 7/8 the size of the F-150 and wouldn't offer much in the way of an improvement with MPG's. Not to mention it can't be sold in the USA either.

I wasn't a huge fan of the front end treatment till I saw a couple different angled shots of it..the headlights actually look quite stunning on it and most photos don't capture that.

I was at Taszar Airbase in Bosnia in early 1996 as part of the US Force sent there as IFOR. The Russians where flying in the 98th Guards Airborne Division on AN-22 cargo planes that used the same engines and props as the Tu-95...I remember to this very day being outside of my tent and hearing this enormous racket and

The 8 Series was the major design influence for the 10th generation Thunderbird

I wouldn't say that...having manufactured owned stores would help out with buyers not dealing with sleazy dealerships that screw over their customers that GM and Ford has had to deal with for the past 50-60 years.

Holy crap, did you just Google T-90 and watch YouTube Videos then decide write about it?

I'm sorta in the same position. I relocated two hours south of where I grew up (and want to move back to) I just have my name and phone number on my resume and use my Condo Address (which is being rented out at the moment) when applying for Jobs in New Jersey and use my home address if I'm applying in Maryland. I'm

You know what guys? The blocked mesh on the grill is nearly invisible in every day driving. My SHO has the same blocked out mesh and I don't even notice it when I look at the car.
