I’d still take the turbo because you flash a little software file on a turbo motor and guess what... some extra HP and gobs of torque... plus some much improved MPG and lighter weight meaning tighter handling..

The 8 Speed ZF is actually a really good trans... its the same type of 8 speed used in Jaguar, LandRover, BMW, and bigger Audi’s to name a few... everyone is going to it because they are surprisingly tight and VERY durable. This was the first car to come to mind for me. 1-2 minutes and your windshield is ice free.. and to boot you can keep your windshield fog free on rainy days without cranking the heat. I wish Audi offered it as I’m a small sedan guy.
