There is one major gain and frankly the only real reason to do it. Colonization. I’m in agreement with Musk that we must become a multi-planet species if we are to survive. Right now, Mars and Venus (if you float high in the atmosphere) are the only viable alternatives. I do agree with the author that these Mars One

Did you seriously give that gratuitous assertion any thought before you made it?

I’m most certainly be buying these for myse... my son. Yea, for my son. That’s the ticket..

<facepalm> Why the hell did I buy a Ram truck?</facepalm>

The NSFW trailer was ribbed for my pleasure. I need a cigarette.

It’s unfortunate that Nuclear is being classified this way. Sure, we should be scaling back our old light water reactor tech but there are other, cleaner, vastly safer, nuclear options that use uranium/plutonium, and better yet, thorium. While Uranium/plutonium might not be a long term solution, thorium most certainly

That brings back memories. When I was in Jr High, I helped out a the local paper. We had one of these and a big arsed workstation that used 8” floppies. That was considered cutting edge. About that time I also had my first computer, a Timex Sinclair 1000... Yes kids, TIMEX used to make computers.. haha..

If you decide to do the update on your own, like I did, be sure to get your car into a shaded area or do it at night. You have to have the doors closed and the AC will not be running during the update. I ran my cars with max AC for several minutes before I began the update.

It certainly seems that way. I flashed my Ram and my wife’s Jeep. It took roughly 15 minutes for each one.

I just downloaded the update for my 2014 Ram and my wife’s 2015 Grand Cherokee. I’ll let y’all know how it goes.

I hope the continue to use the Sikorsky brand name for their rotary wing products. The name is just too legendary to let it go. It’s like the Gibson name with guitars.. well except that Sikorsky doesn’t build crap like Gibson does these days.

Find the problem, Own the problem, Fix the problem. That is exactly what I expected of SpaceX. The issue points to a supplier but at the end of the day they knew that they have to make sure the part didn’t have an issue. Now time to get back to flight.

Yea, this is gonna be interesting..

Sure, why not. I’m in for $100. I challenge the Gawker posting masses to match.

Welcome to my life. Obviously Denton, TX isn’t the big city but it was still surprising to me when I first saw a fox and then a coyote in my back yard. I’ve since patched the fence so I don’t have to worry about my son playing back there.

I want this, but then my 3yo son will want me to share.

Except the Chargers plan to get a new user base. Reddit doesn’t have that option.

Keep that thing behind glass man. It may be needed..

Everybody, all together now....

It’s nice to see that not much has changed with driving around Japan since I was living there in the ‘90s. I also enjoyed your article on why driving in Japan sucks. I was in the US Army stationed at Camp Zama (40 miles south of Tokyo). This is where I bought my first car, a ‘79 Celica Supra Mk1. It was an ugly POS
