The drought in Texas isn't even close to what they have in California but I wish they would implement some of these rules. Anything to put some sanity behind lawn watering would be great. The bigger problem here is that the population keeps growing but we haven't built a new reservoir in decades.

That car has provided me with the single greatest motivation to get my international drivers license and beg my boss for a project in Europe. Because there is no way in hell Kia is going to bring four wheels of sexiness like that to the US. We are just unworthy of it.
