Who said they won’t be driving a vehicle labelled “traffic enforcement” and have a light bar and siren? If you can’t figure out that you should pull over for the vehicle behind you with dancing blue lights, you really shouldn’t be driving.

Yes, they need cars, but I think they need be out of their cars a lot more than they currently are. They need to interact with normal people doing normal everyday things.
