Something, something, the CRX was awesome, something.

Frankly, I don’t expect the current airplane seats to protect me much at anything over a taxiing speed collision. However, I think it entirely possible to build a seat which would be as safe as a modern airline seat yet lighter weight and less bulky. After all, the biggest safety factor is the seat belt. As long as…
Hmm... I use a CPAP at home. One of the advantages of my CPAP is that it can filter, heat, and humidify the air I breathe. Another advantage is that my air source is off to the side of the bed on the night stand. I can tuck my head under the covers and still have fresh air to breathe no matter how long I stay under. I…
People who are too fat to fit in a divided economy seat would be forced to pay extra for a “fat seat”... which they should be doing right now anyway rather than invading the space that someone else paid for. Before someone gets offended, I’m 6' tall and pushing 280 lbs. so I might just be one of those people forced to…
Bah, the last thing you want when you’re a bit tipsy is weight up high throwing off your center of gravity.
It seems like maybe you don’t understand that different people have different goals in life and different things make different people happy. Apparently your goal is to own a home, work 9-5, save for retirement, etc. For a #vanlife, they don’t necessarily want any of that. In my mind, that’s fine so long as they live…
Plenty of boats have propane and some even use compressed natural gas.
I’d happily take a bunk too. Hell, I’d be happy to stand with something to lean against if the flight is only an hour or so. Fuck, give me a treadmill to walk on at my own pace for a couple hours and I’d be happier than sitting in a typical economy seat.
It’d be nice if you could purchase extra economy seats and have the extra space. Like, buy 3 seats all for yourself so you can spread out a bit.
It has been my experience that...
I don’t know about it being an age thing, but sit down and think about it. How much money is it worth to you to not have to find a gas station and fill up. Consider how large the rental car’s tank is, what the potential price difference might be, and how empty the tank will be when you return it. Do the math and I…
Sort of adjacent... I’ve long held the belief that technology is to blame for increased mental health issues in our modern army. Soldier’s lives are no longer “simple” like they used to be. Please note the use of quotes there, that’s important. I’m not saying a soldier’s life is ever actually simple, just in the past,…
How many of them are genuine copies of those operating systems and how many are pirated?
While I get why they might want to change the test to reflect the “real world” more accurately, I do not like the idea. The problem is that if they change it, and ... say a 2016 Camry got 5 stars. Now say a 2021 Camry only gets 4. The perception of the general public is “WTF Toyota, you made your car less safe!?” In…
Imagine how I feel...
I didn’t mean to suggest that they float on a cushion of air. Like you, I would think its anti-gravity something. However, the intensity of the anti must be controllable somehow to control ride height and/or allow function on planets with different gravity.
I think the more important question is how would a vehicle without wheels NOT drift? I suppose I’ve always thought of them a bit like a hovercraft except they’re riding on a cushion of anti-gravity or whatever. Watch these guys, EVERY turn at any kind of speed is a drift.
Don’t forget about the synchros in the transmission getting a whole lot of extra work too!
I’m gonna have to say that maybe, just maybe it isn’t 100% the drivers’ faults. Yes, they should be aware and do better, however there may be extenuating circumstances which cause them to attempt to cut the corner tighter than they normally would. Take a look at 0:27-0:30 of the video. That Suburban basically does a…
You know... it really wasn’t that far fetched. A bit harder to follow than the typical Torch piece, but...
