I too am 6' and I’ve found that leaning forward gives me more room for my knees. The key is to have something to place on top of the tray table (ball up a jacket) so you’re not folding yourself in half.

I’m 6' and I find it more comfortable to sit bolt upright, or lean forward a little. I’m then able to push by ass as far back in the seat as possible and get a little more room for my knees.

I’ve not tried it, however it is said that a beachball makes for a good way to rest on a plane or in a car. Once seated, inflate to desired firmness, place on lap, lean forward onto it, and zzzz.... I’d have to think a jacket, blanket, or towel between your face and the plastic ball would be welcome. 

On vacation a few weeks ago, went up to a bar to order. Got 3 drinks, it came to $14. The next day, went to the same bar, same time of day, different bartender, got 2 of the same drinks as the previous day, no third, it came to $15. 

20% even though MN law says tipped employees have the same minimum wage as untipped employees?

The real kicker here is that Minnesota is one of the few states where law dictates that tipped employees are paid the same minimum wage as untipped employees. So... should I still tip 20%?

Why’s that? Do Honda and Toyota not provide shuttle services? You’d make the appointment with whatever brand you have. Generally where there is one dealer, you’ll find the others not too far away. I’ve never tried his ‘hack’ because I’ve an older car and do almost all of the work on it myself.
