I honestly have a hard time getting too excited about a wild concept car that’ll never turn a wheel. Show me a concept that is close to production ready and might actually get built and then I’ll perk up and take notice.

Thing about EVs is that we’re still in the early stages of development, where every new EV represent a significant advance over its predecessors in terms of important criteria such as range and charging speed. I think of it as similar to the early days of the smartphone, where you were always eager for your contract

My first thought was: “$2500 isn’t too bad for a car like this.” My second thought was “wait... hold a second... $25,000?!?!” ND. Sorry.

Meh... the 348 was always derided as a bad Ferrari. But we’ve come full circle now and these days it’s generally protrayed as “better than you’ve heard.” It’s the last V8 Ferrari that could only be had with a manual transmission. It’s the last truly mechanical Ferrari as well. If not for the insane servicing costs,

Spitfire’s one of the most beautiful cars ever made, IMHO.

Also, Cuban NOS.

I honestly don’t think I’d have as much fun in a car with 400 Hp as I do in a car with 200. I can redline my MR2 Turbo on a rural back road and not be courting a night in jail. I doubt the same could be said for a vehicle with monster power.

Correct. In America in 2023 there was only one crash that could be put down to excessive speed. Almost all the rest were a result of an excessive number gears in the cars’ transmissions.

...former U.S. Marines special forces Bryon Brockway and Adam Carey, guilty in the murder of Williams and Lanway, sentencing will occur some time in 2024, but the trio face potential life in prison. A fourth co-conspirator, formal Israel Defense Force agent Gilad Peled, pleaded guilty last year...

Pretty sure Biden had something to do with Kiss performing in Toronto that day.

Yeah, you’re both correct.

And very, very fortunate nobody else was killed.

Reminds me of the time I had to cancel my trip to the Moon after I discovered that I couldn’t afford a Saturn V rocket.

people were asked to wire transfer $50,000 to secure their place in line for the car, or pay the full $250,000 for one of the one-thousand “Founders Edition” models...

Maybe Musk can reach back into his stock of Zyklon B for something to fumigate with.

Yeah... I mean he’s basically saying the same garbage that the Neo-Nazis spout during their march in the “Blues Brothers” movie: “The Jew is using the negro as muscle against you... so what are you gong to do about it... whitey?” That’s standard Neo-Nazi rhetoric.

And those ads should explain that you are leaving “X” as soon as your AD contract expires due to the rise in anti-Semitism and other forms of hate speech on the platform.

Kinda feels klike he made that video just so he could film a loving tribute to his 280Z... and I’m totally cool with that!

Oh, don’t get me wrong, I wake up in the middle of the night, my sheets drenched from a cold sweat after dreaming about a CT4V Blackwing... I just don’t have CT4V Blackwing money in the bank!!!

This is why you can’t “win” an argument with conspiracy freaks. Because anything can be distorted into “nefarious evidence” in their pointy little heads.”
