When I saw the Starfield award on Steam I just assumed it was the community mobbing the vote to be an ironic joke. As in Starfield feels like the least innovative game of the year.

The Lalafell “hatred” is more of a 20 year old on-going joke, IMO. It started back with Final Fantasy 11 with the TaruTaru race. They were the tiny race and good with magic. Sounds like pretty standard stuff for competitive multiplayer gameplay to me. Thus I don’t find this sort’ve stuff fun anymore.
