I do some physical activity before bed (like hit the pool for 50 laps or so), take some melatonin and play ocean sounds on my laptop. I get 8 hours every week night these days and feel way better than I have in a long time.

Some of these don't really qualify as scruff (3-5 days growth). Some of these are short beards.
