I'm not aware of a history, does he have more than the Patrice Evra incident? Because if that's it, in parts of Latin America, that term ("negro") is indeed not a racist term.

Italy is pretty phenomenal at flopping/time-wasting as well, as they just proved.

Awesome.

Good point. Making it 10 men v 9 men, which still would've favored Uruguay.

Yeah but D. Wade is a pretty big flopper, aside from just "drawing fouls." And the real issue with flopping is, some of the time it's just to accentuate (for lack of a better word) a foul that really did happen. So it's tough because some of these guys flop because they'd never get a call if they didn't (which is an

I'm afraid you're arguing a comment that wasn't made. Please feel free to read again. I didn't mention people losing their jobs (which IS unfortunate, if it happens), nor did I say he did. It's your opinion that Ryse doesn't deserve a sequel, and mine that it does. But that's neither here nor there. My point was that

Yeah, I don't disagree; I wasn't so much saying it would do really well, as saying that I thought it could be a great game. Ryse didn't feel like a super complete game to me (kinda like Titanfall), but there were pieces that I really liked (again like Titanfall). A spiritual successor would be fine by me, as would any

Yeah, it's always good when games are cancelled. Who wants more games?

I dunno, I've never used that argument for soccer/football. Soccer is like baseball, in that the more you know about the sport, the more you're able to appreciate it (yes, gameplay-wise it's obviously much more similar to hockey, but hockey's pace is one of its defining characteristics). The thing about soccer is, one

Agreed. The materia system is fantastic, and it's crazy that it hasn't been utilized since. The things you could do with it were clever and really fun, and they rewarded thinking, as opposed to simple power-leveling.

Jesus, I'm having waking nightmares of being told how much every single color of rupee is worth now, everytime. Thanks!

Yeah, this is something I was hoping they'd eventually institute. If you've been playing since the NES, there's no reason Zelda needs to hold your hand at this point.

Yeah, that's true! Pokemon has always been too wordy, but I get that that's for the younger kids that it always attracts. Very annoying though.

Yeah, that's one of my new favorites. To generalize, I find that Nintendo seems to do their portable AAA titles a little more faithfully to their old stuff. But yes, Link Between Worlds is awesome in every way.

Hahahaha yup! I hate that it defaults to "no," so that if you're trying to breeze through, you'll probably hear it at least twice by accident.

Man, this would really be great news. I hate the level of hand-holding in the new Zelda games.

I have to agree—I think the way they handle the Virtual Console is garbage. It is essentially nothing more than a Wii U sales pitch at the moment; the majority of the big games get released to the Wii U (take Super Metroid for example), while the 3DS VC gets Metroid II (a great game in its own right, but not even

I guess that's true. I just have mostly heard the "boring" term thrown around in relation to the early Duncan-Popovich days.

They were kinda boring back in the day. Slow, methodical, no real flash. But the current team plays a REALLY balanced style, so I don't think the "boring" title can be hung on their shoulders anymore.

At that level, I would assume you have most of the relevant spells equipped on most of your people; if not, I can see your issues.
