Sorry, but this solution to WoD’s flying problem is far from perfect. Yes, it is substantially better than nofly, but it still leaves much to be desired.

It looks to take at least 4 weeks of daily effort to for at least one of the factions. Knowing the current dev team, they’ll use that as “justification” to delay the patch with flying in it.

In WoD, you don’t really go into the world to farm mats or do dailies. It’s all in the garrison now.

I think removing flying from WoW is, well, dumb. I think it’s going to drive a large number of people from the game (myself included), and the way the announcement was handled leads me to believe that Blizzard knows how unpopular it will be.
