Right, because wiping out into a crowd at an even higher speed is a GREAT idea.

Straight-line wheelspin is harder to control than oversteer in a turn. As soon as one tire starts to gain more traction than the other, you're fucked and headed straight into a wall and there is absolutely nothing you can do about it. Burnouts are supposed to be done at very low speed, not while peeling away beyond…
I agree, but Tesla probably wouldn't exist right now if it wasn't for the Roadster giving them a huge kick start. They secured fucktons of government funding as a result of the Roadster, and were the first to prove that electric cars don't have to be lame and unexciting. The Model S is the reason why the company is…
I would go so far as to say that the Roadster is the only reason why anyone currently gives a shit about his company.
LOL, and now I remember why I left.
Yeah, it still sounds like shit. Just loud shit.
So let me get this straight–Gawker throws away a wonderful commenting system that works, spends 3+ years experimenting with various failures, only to then realize that they had it right in the first place, but by that time most of the quality commenters have left for better platforms, and the Burners inherit the…
Hahaha, I loved your reaction, and I had a similar one myself.
I don't care what his motives are, paying $10 to continue watching a a program I enjoy is worth it IMO.
1. It can take a long time for YouTube to pay its contributors. /Drive experienced this problem.
Kia needs an entire rebranding. Their name is still associated with cheapness and poor quality. As Don Draper says, "If you don't like what's being said, change the conversation."
I find that it's a lot easier to start and shift smoothly now that I have an exhaust and intake. I can actually hear what my engine is doing for once, haha.
This is true, but it's pretty subtle (at least on my car) and takes some time to learn. It's definitely something you need to pay attention to though, it makes driving stick a lot easier.
I found that I had to rely on sound a lot when I started. I couldn't play any music in the car otherwise I'd end up stalling a lot. Eventually I learned to drive just through feel. It's something that can only come with time and experience.
Yeah, Mr. Drives A DCT. :P
I dunno about you guys, but the clutch is sort of the hard part about driving stick. Moving the shift knob is the easy. If my clutch pedal vibrated when I hit the friction point then maybe that would actually have helped me learn.
Reading this comments section is slightly less painful than pushing nails into my eyeballs.
The thing is, it doesn't matter what the "right" choice should have been. Sure, objectively Joel should have let Ellie die in order to potentially save humanity. But that isn't what this game is about. The game is about Joel's relationship with Ellie, and what a person would realistically do in that situation. It…
I just bought an original Slim because the Super Slims look like cheap pieces of shit.
