Well 15GB is one Video file, plus a handful of subs, and generally no more than 3 Audio tracks. - The additionally features on Blu-ray take some space as well..

Delivering that speed isn't difficult.. iTunes delivers the maximum speed on my bandwidth, so does YouTube quite often. - You'd be surprised what sites can offer.. - For Example, I've downloaded from file hosting sites like net load at 10MB/s... My current connection is capped to 63Mb, or 7.8MB/s...

So on my internet connection that would take a little over 200 minutes.. Which means after purchase, (if no one else is using any bandwidth) the film could be watchable in about 45 minutes..... Ish...
