The problem is that you can't download full spec apps on your iPad. You can do things it was designed to do, or things that developers have creatively planned for. An open tablet is a disaster.

I'm pulling for them as well.. But selfishly, to force apple to stay on their toes and not become complacent. Competition is great for the industry..

Agreed.. Except it doesn't run iOS it runs windows 8. Meaning you can connect a Bluetooth mouse to it and download Battlefield. It's far too open at this point to ignore these questions. But I do agree that that's the point we need to be at.

Sounds like you need to recalibrate your machine. Additionally, if a mac (within warranty) loses more than 50% of it's capacity within a year, you are entitled to a replacement.

The difference is the lack of front panel glass. There is not separate glass panel attached to the bezel in addition to the screens panel. So a thinner glass surface reflects less light.

Yeah, that side of things is very unattractive. But this machine is a best in terms of Editing. And as far as productivity, you can run 4-5 webpages side to side - or the equivalent stock broker.. can replace as many as 3 screens with one laptop. (as soon as the necessary programs are updated)

but if you're putting more than 16Gb in a laptop, of course you need to sacrifice other aspects. with 2 slots, even the standard MBP wouldn't suffice.

Many TV remotes have more than 1 IR transmitter, pointed at different angles etc. Judging by the fact that there are 'handles' on the back, clearly there is an intended comfort zone to hold it.. Meaning that it most likely already has the IR ports angled to re`ch your normal devices..

I'll tell you right now, i use the dock connector for audio and video accessories almost more than I use it to charge it.. 30 pin gives massive advantages over standard usb 2.0 Mini. Even thunderbolt is designed with the same versatility. USB cannot handle lag free audio, nor full HD resolution video let alone 2560…
