truth. it took my body at least a year to go back nearer to normal. and i had heavier periods & worse cramping for the whole time i had it in. but within a month or two of removal, my body went right back to normal.

ooh yes, this is my next plan. was it expensive? did it make your periods lighter?

fear not!! i had a similar insertion experience, but the removal was SOOOO much easier. i barely even spotted afterwards, and it barely hurt. i'm sure YMMV, but i wouldn't stress over it! they literally just yank it right out, no cervix clamp fuckery required.

YES, the stress diet definitely works. only in my case it was mostly just live off highly caloric liquids bc i'm puking everything else - beer, milk, etc. bad times.

my worst NYE? this year. i severely fucked my back up about two weeks ago, so walking/standing/sitting's still really painful. anyway, we'd driven 3 hrs away to see my boyfriend's family for ONE. NIGHT. (bc boyfriend had to work on NYE) and then drove back the next morning, while fighting about his family's shitty…

oh my god, that sounds like a complete nightmare. here's hoping it's gotten a LOT better.
