I MADE THEM. I DID IT. OMG very worth it. They got a little darker then I intended and I added WAY more garlic, but omg so delicious!

I bet you could poke around online and find something similar where you could use a KitchenAid. I imagine the reason my recipe used a food processor is to ensure everything is properly blended. If you can somehow shred your cheese really really fine, I think you'd get a similar result. But don't quote me on that!
