Some of my best memories as a kid are of unstructured time. Nose in a book, weird tv, playing with friends. You need to know how to handle unstructured free time. It seems like people who don’t develop anxiety.

Nick, this is one of the best articles I have ever seen on this site and on the internet for that matter. I was really struggling at one point with anxiety and depression, a quarter life crisis if you will, and one thing I finally realized was that Facebook was one of the things that was harmful to me. I was
