Holy hell.

It was actually my sister's boyfriend, but trust me, the extra degree of separation is worth the juiciness.

No, it's not just you. I think part of it is the size of your feet...like for my heel to be 5 inches higher than where my toe is I'd have to be a ballet dancer, since my feet are only like 8 1/2 inches long total. I feel like if you've got size 10 or 11 feet you have more wiggle room.

Feminist fatigue leads me to cynicism most of the time, but you know what...not this time. This sounds like a sincere apology. I'm pleased. No outrage necessary. Thank you, Matthew, for that apology.

The AVERAGE human IQ is 100. ONE HUNDRED.

OH MY GOD I didn't used to be into Freddie Prinze Jr...but with that graying hair and those glasses...hmmmmm

My mom used to tell us "stick that plug back in!"

I'm sorry...but now she's being DISCREDITED for her biggest role just because she did some twerking and weird tongue stuff and something with a foam finger? I can see why Disney wants to cover their asses, but jesus...Hannah Montana was NOT played by Hannah Montana, she was played by Miley Cyrus, and that is a fact.

This is my new favorite thing. Of all the things.

I LITERALLY just almost spit my coffee all over my keyboard at "wind resistance."

For me, it was the fact that as a kid my mom would twist and wriggle and maneuver her way into winning absolutely EVERYTHING, and making you feel like a bad person in the process. So it took me getting out of her clutches (out of her house, off her bills, etc) to even TRY sticking up to her. Then it took figuring

Dude I bet, I never even thought of that! I know when I'd climb up poles as a kid I used my gripper-thighs to do it (having never had any upper body strength to speak of) and I couldn't have done it without them. Craaaaaaazy....

That's true, and Jonah Hill lost weight too. You're right. It's not like male celebrities don't feel this kind of push too, and I forgot about Jason Alexander (George Costanza). It's just so dramatically always there for female celebrities, to the point where it affects the people watching their shows and stuff too.

Good for you for saying that. A lot of people have a hard time being straight like that with their mothers, and it's understandable, but like with anyone else in your life sometimes you have to be honest with them in order to be treated how you wish to be. So good on you.

You'd think that, wouldn't you? But the Old Testament is super reveng-y about that stuff. I think Christians like to selectively follow that part of the OT and not the parts about not eating shrimp and stoning your kids when they disobey you.

I was raised hyper-fundamental Baptist. And I have an answer for you: they shouldn't be wasting time in politics, etc.

It's so true. I always try to get boxes at the grocery store for my cats to play with. Hours upon hours of endless entertainment (for them and for me).

I'm not saying I wouldn't be like "good for you, making health-conscious choices" if she lost weight and told everybody "I'm making health-conscious choices!" But the fact that "fat" seems to be the first thing people think when her name comes up, as opposed to the way men in Hollywood are treated, is a serious double

My grandpa used to say that to my mom when she was younger..."you'd be so beautiful if you'd just lose 5 pounds." (Meanwhile he's been 40 lbs overweight his entire adult life)

I agree. It was the lyrics of Royals that really drew me to her. I was impressed with her vocals the first time I heard it, but it was a second and third listen, catching the words, that made me Google her. Much like rock music has done for, oh, all of time, she's just using her music to question certain aspects of
