I don't agree with much of your take on this story, but I certainly appreciate your candor about your work.

This is worth it for the obvious "I don't see it as much, anymore," declaration at the end.

It sucks that so many people are taking it that way— I'd have been the driver laughing, but without the recklessness/sense to record the incident. I often point to people who aggressively drive on the interstate and say, "That's who's getting the ticket!" only to see them pulled over a few minutes later.
