I do not see why this is that "beautiful." I kind of look at it like a big rectangular block and an architect went, "alright let's make it get all silly on the edges, that'll be cool." And then months later I saw an article and went "Meeeeh." No I don't really have a point here.

blaaaah solar. Sounds so nice, but I feel like that's been a pipe dream for decades. I'd love for that to be a thing too.

Completely reasonable hah. I mean, I have general questions that we've all been asking, like, when will we actually be able to have a phone that lasts all day? Do we have to wait for a different type of batter to come out? Sigh. Sad life.

Well there's like one nice person for every ten on here. You didn't lead off with "Hey jackass, phones can't cost less than $750 how the fck don't you know that," sooo I was just happy for your input there on out =] I feel enlightened.

I don't know what you're looking for either, but you chase that sunset good sir.

Ohhh ok. That's why I found it funny, so on some level, I actually did appreciate your juxtaposition. Very good, sir.

Alright that makes complete sense to me. I didn't really take into account that I saw a laptop on Full House(!) when I was little, so yeah, they've had time to efficiently produce those for a while. I think my perception of how quickly (yes I'm impatient) they should be coming down in price is skewed by how rapidly

... the actual gif on this page, not on the computer with the screensaver...

Do you have any articles or anything to support that? I'd find that to be a very interesting read. I guess it's not possible for it to be lower yet, but I'm thinking about how my laptop in 2007 costing $2000 top of the line, and now I can get a really good one for under $1000. Should we just never expect prices on

Yeah, the backpack would make it a little bit more incognito and reasonable I think. Still quite a niche market. But I think we're on completely different levels here dude, I'm happy with just a 6" sub in my car haha I wouldn't even know what to do with $5,000 in audio improvements for it.

I accept that... but google can make a reasonably good one for $350 unsubsidized, why can't others be more reasonable?

Hm ok for movie experiences sitting in my own home, I could see that being interesting (barring the price situation). I'm looking at it more from the walking around town type of situation type of use where I'm like... noooooo. I feel like this is just something that would go stale on the showroom floor of a brookstone.

As a thinger than you actually walk about the town with though? meeeh. Oprah-like situation... could change my opinion.

haha nice to see you again! I just find this thing to be silly, would you ever use it??

wuh-wuh-wuh-WHY

Oh I certainly agree. I think it's insane that I can buy a decent laptop for $500~ but for a phone it STARTS at $700. I'd argue that the quality is pretty good, but I'm considering getting a nexus next time around (if it's ever available on Verizon). Unrelated - lol @ yer meat tornado name.

I believe it's just the cost of the device, unsubsidized. I'm in the US and it was about $650 + tax off contract for my 5S.

how necessary was this gif? haha

Yeaaaah I figured there would be a data skew because of that label (didn't know it was Rick Ross' label).

Hmm wish Maybach was on the car one to see if it went down when the brand was killed off a little while ago.
