Pretty impressed that you're that committed! I'm sure that'll be a lot of work, but much more fun than wrangling a train ride, at the very least.

awwww cute!
my. exact. thought.
It's definitely a double edged sword... but such is life in suburbia, I suppose! haha
bahaha well that's one way to solve that problem. Would you just essentially rent a Cessna for travel? I like the eccentricity of that a lot (and would be bumming rides off you).
Oof, harsh. Possibly true, I suppose.
that's a frickin scary thought.... really?
as you should have... thank you.
I like to just use a period sometimes, because I'm not really asking a question. I'm really just recognizing there is no answer. My in-person deliver of it would make sense.
Good thinking, I believe that's about wrapping up.
when will these companies stop going Caligula crazy on size. when will the madness end. when is McRib coming back.
This article was pretty much perfect for you then, and I'm not the only reader giz has, sooooo... complaining is kinda dumb on my part haha. I was annoyed at the time, and I'm over it now. Silly me.
The way I see it is, Americans don't use trains for in between short distances (in the cities) to long distances (by airplane) because the offerings are so shitty, and we don't get better options for those types of travels because we're not doing it enough.
Limited usefulness... It's probably going to be really expensive (relatively or otherwise) and probably not convenient time wise. Are you American? If you're from a country that actually uses trains as a regular medium of travel, you'll be disappointed or annoyed.
I live in central NJ, which is supposed to be all convenient for stuff... but I'm close enough to the city that the train is sometimes more of a hassle for either time or cost reasons. I mean, $50 for gas and 3 hours of my time to get to DC, or a rigid schedule, leaving my car in Trenton (GASP) to catch the Amtrak and…
1. good use of snarky.
Yep. But I've looked into amtrak for going to the bigger cities up here and it's rather expensive. I'd love to take it to DC this weekend, but it's waaaay cheaper to just drive...
WHAT WHERE
lol useful trains, in America? naaaaah.
Yup. Honest question shut it down.
