Calibre works fine for any Kindle from the Keyboard to the Oasis. Fantastic piece of software.
Unless they scrapped it, you should also get an email address from Amazon that you can mail .mobi files to. It will download the book to your kindle like any other book.
Calibre is amazing: I took a couple of long Amtrak rides and basically fed a few magazines through it to my kindle via email. Saved a lot of money and made for an easier-on-the-eyes read.
2nd to both of these things. Calibre can also remove DRM stuff, which is nice when you fucking paid for a book but someone’s trying to restrict how you can read it.
I use this as well. Works perfectly to arrange files. On the paperwhite it still is frustrating finding your books if you have more than 5 on it at once though.
I use Calibre and it works perfectly, I never even bother to register my readers. I use the older version of Kindle for PC (mobi instead of AZW) and just add my Amazon books straight to Calibre from the download directory.
I think it kind of loosely ties to what happened with the X-Men in Logan too.
