So much green screen.
So much green screen.
Being in the movie doesn't count as actually being PART of the movie. If Alice has to save your butt because she's GAAWWWWDDDDDDD (no, she's not God, she's just A god, she said Yes), then you're pretty much not PART of the movie. You're just there to make Alice look important when she didn't have ANYTHING to do with…
I thought the movies were called Resident Alice, because she's the only person who seems to be able to do anything in the movies, even though she doesn't exist in the games. Seriously, make these damn Mary Sue Movies stop.
I've heard it has "similar" issues but they're not as pronounced as the ones on the consoles. Deadicated servers do tend to help with such issues. Plus, one of my groups on Steam has a Brink server up on a server they use for TF2, so it makes me want the PC version a bit more than the console version now.
And now PS3 Brink owners can feel disappointment with laggy, online play, like 360 owners. *murfle* Makes me wish I'd just gone with the PC version instead, but I guess I can wait till Steam to sell it for dirt cheap one week.
Can I get some help with a TF2 Achievement from the Kotaku community? I need views on my Youtube video, and was sort of hoping folks could spare 13 seconds to watch me fail.
That was just a modified game of Blackjack. In FF8, if you wanted some of the best items, you had to play the game, and the rules changed on occasion because that's how the game rolled. In KotOR, all you got was some money, which helped early on, but you never had huge needs for it, late in the game.
I was specifically talking about JRPGs in relation to cutscenes. As a non-fan of MGS games, I didn't even mean to talk about MGS4 or it's cutscenes. Xenosaga I was a perfect example of how you can overwhelm a game with cutscenes, having TONS of dialog, and still giving the players ABSOLUTELY NO understanding as to…
That could have something to do with how the JRPG market was filled with games that either oversimplified or over-elaborated the gameplay.
Console. I'll get it on Steam later, when it's on Sale... maybe.
Yesterday was a bad day of gaming for me. It should have been great. I got Brink, had made a new hat in TF2 that I liked, and I had the next two days off.
I'd like to play more Lag-free games in Brink before I make a call on what I think about it either.
Johnny Cage has never been in Space or on the Ark though.
No, one is based on rumor and hearsay, while the other is based on actual facts and established information.
No, there's a distinct difference. One is just 1 website saying another website is fearmongering about the Sony Outage, and the other is Kotaku reporting about what's going on about Sony's outage.
Just because someone is against something doesn't mean they're wrong. Plus, what does CNET have to do with this Kotaku article?
How could I not realize that I must hate something just to hate something, and not have any actual grievances with how the Sony Community had been kept in the dark about the situation for almost a week.
What you talkin' about, vicious? I have a PS3. I'm lucky I managed to connect my PSN to Steam the day before the shutdown so I could download Portal 2 on my PC.
I guess you get what you pay for... unless you're paying for Playstation Plus. Then you're getting less. Makes me glad I didn't order BRINK for the PS3.
Knowing them they'd charge for it. Make it a FREE PS2 Emulator, and it's all good though.
