While that’s valid, good luck proving that a person wasn’t hired for that reason and that reason alone.

Not sure of the reason for an unfair sideswipe at Middleditch.

I wish they showed us *exactly* what the bakers got as far as instructions go.

Agreed 100%. Also, “Like a bar of chocolate” is not a valid criticism, Paul Hollywood.

Am I the only one who feels that they NEVER give much credence to the technical?

I don’t think it was edited well.  The tart was apparently WAY too much lavender and was called “soapy.” While she won the technical, the showstopper was flavor issues as well.

I loved Rosie’s showstopper.  Too much chocolate was the criticism - that’s praising with faint damning.

Good for Roohr.  You know he’s getting blowback in a serious way.

All people *are* shitty, but that does not obviate the responsibility to correct our current racist structure.  It’s the responsibility to protect the people against that shittiness.

Not a surprise. Keep him out.

Nope.

Those are generally petty offenses, similar to a taillight out.  State-by-state, though.

Fleeing/eluding or resisting/obstructing though.

I love the random longform articles on here.  So enjoyable.

They “he plays bad when they need it most” is pretty much a garbage argument. How do you define that?  He had a bad game - sure.  He’ll have more.  He tends to be more mercurial than other QBs, and when he plays badly it’s REALLY difficult for his team to win, making it look like he plays badly because they were

That’s absolutely why, but since I like black coffee, I do not go to Starbucks.
