I mean, I know they're not gonna get up and shoot on their own, but something about being around a weapon whose purpose is to kill or seriously injure does not put me at ease.

I've had supposedly unloaded guns pointed at me before "all in good fun" and it scared the crap out of me. I hate when people mess around with guns, and I don't even like being in the same area as them because shit like this happens.
Events like these are why guns terrify me. I know it's probably silly to be afraid of all guns, but even being in the same room as one makes me feel like something is going to happen to make the gun go off. Is this really irrational of me?
Hey, everyone! I am graduating in two weeks and I am super excited because I felt like this day would never come, but sure enough, it's right around the corner. I want to solicit some advice from you all about hair/makeup at graduation. I usually don't do much with my hair, apart from a little mousse to pump up the…
Yeah, that kind of sucked. Let's not be shitty to each other.
Hey, if it works for you! Good luck on your remaining work :)
That's why I love this site :)
I guess that's up to you, but by getting another dog, you don't have to feel like you're replacing your other dog. Any dog at a shelter would be so lucky to be rescued by you, and you could even think about it like you're doing it to honor your dog's memory.
Thank you! And actually, I've been working my way through all the seasons of Malcolm in the Middle, which started by accident but now I just can't stop.
Right? I was thinking she was going to cheat on him with that camera guy whose name I can't remember. Now that would have been interesting.
I am right there with you. I graduate in two weeks, and I still have two papers and three exams before then, but I haven't done anything other than watch Netflix and go shopping for the past two days.
Hmm...let's go with:
Long story short, Jim started a sports-related company in Philly and was gone a good part of the time, so Pam started feeling sad about it, and their relationship started getting bumpy from resulting complications...but they had a really sweet moment in the last episode, now that they are seeing a marriage counselor.
Amy, you can do no wrong.
I do!! I watched the episode from Thursday and tears sprang to my eyes when Jim hugged Pam! To be fair, I cry about pretty much anything emotional in TV or movies.
Do it! Get yourself a li'l buddy :)
Other people have already corrected me on this as well. But regarding your point, Jewish Americans don't have Hebrew as their national language either, yet they still are expected to learn Hebrew. From what I understand about Islam, you can read the Qur'an in a language other than Arabic, but it is preferred that you…
They do! I love being around my dog, and he's got some magical dog instincts that cause him to become extra loving when I'm upset about something.
Okay, so I'm not crazy. I definitely saw that too.
Yeah, as though we somehow had forgotten about one of the few things she starred in? She is struggling to remain relevant.
