Yeah, it gets a bit more difficult when you're looking at a vertically integrated company like Apple, but its margin is still atypical for a consumer discretionary product company. PCs have something like 5% margin. Walmart and Amazon get by on 2% margins via large volume.

Photo-taking with a tablet: all the weight and bulky inconvenience of a DSLR but without the ergonomics and with the photo quality of a mid-range phone from last year.

Civ 4 was much better than Civ 3, which in turn was better than Civ 2. Civ 5 brought some good concepts, like the hex tiles and non-stacking units, but was otherwise a tedious and boring game with godawful AI.
